John Boos Cutting Board Giveaway!
Guess what’s in season, Meyer Lemons! I’m currently obsessed with Meyer Lemons in my water. I drink lemon water pretty much all day, that is when I’m not drinking Meyer Lemonade. I’m also adding them to my chicken piccata, baked fish dishes and whatever other recipes I can add them too. I’ve been slicing up a ton of them on my big gorgeous cutting board.
This is a BOOS, the ultimate cutting board. It’s a hefty 17 pounds, made in America, and a pure kitchen workhorse. BOOS has been around since 1887 so it’s safe to say that they’re experts in their field. There are a ton of celebrity chefs and regular folks like me who just love their boards. Check out the video below to see the amazing manufacturing process for these beauties.
This big bard provides the perfect workspace to chop lots of fruits and veggies during the day. The fine hardwood also helps preserve the edge of my fine knives, helping them keep their edge longer between sharpening so I can easily slice through the ripest of tomatoes.
Because these boards are so nice, it’s important to take care of them so they will last a very long time. You can see in the video below just how simple it is with their board cream or mystery oil.
Want to see just how big this guy is? Well, it takes up the whole end of my cabinet. It’s huge, but don ‘t think you have to have a big kitchen for this board. This size of board is also perfect in tiny kitchens to increase work space area. Just place it over the sink to increase work space area!
